From time to time the Carpentaria Shire Council will engage with the community through the "Have your say" section of our website.
Legislation requires that Council consult with the community on a variety of topics and this is one means of being able to obtain comunity feedback on issues.

Community Grants, Donations and Support Policy
Council is seeking your thoughts on some changes being made to the Community Grants and Donations Support Policy and to the Community Grants Acquittal form.
The major change to the policy is that Council will now call for applications for support two times a year in October and February. Applicants will be notified in December and May of their success.
There have also been some changes to the acquittal form to simplify the reporting back to Council.
